Function launch | Supports enabling/disabling download and printing of incomplete signed files

In the contract lock electronic signing platform, file related parties can download and print the signed files. But some customers have a demand for downloading and printing unfinished signed documents. Therefore, the contract lock has introduced a manual start stop download and print function option for unfinished signed files. By configuring the switch, one click enable/disable the download and printing permissions of unsigned files, and leave a trace of the start stop operation and record the operation log.

1. General on/off configuration

[Settings] - [System Display Settings] - [File Settings]

2. On/off configuration of files under a certain business category

[Business Classification] - [Advanced Configuration] - [Basic Information Configuration] - [File Management Configuration]

Scenario 1:

When the main switch is turned on and the file management configuration of the business category is turned off, files initiated by that category are not allowed to download/print signed files that have not been completed; Scenario 2: When the main switch is turned on and the file management configuration for the business category is enabled, files initiated by that category are allowed to download/print unfinished signed files; Scenario 3: When the main switch is closed, the configuration in the business category is not displayed, and all are not allowed to download/print;
