02 Usage
To“ Proof of Employment; For example;

1. Open“ Proof of Employment; Application, input“ Sent to Unit Name; And“ Reason for Application; After entering, you can preview the proof file without an electronic seal and check if the relevant content is correct.
2. After clicking submit, a proof file containing an electronic seal is automatically generated in the system backend for download.
3. The sample of the signed version certificate is as follows:

1. As income proof involves financial information, an approval process has been added to the process.
