As a third-party electronic signing cloud platform licensed by the state, Contract Lock is regulated and protected by national laws. All electronic signatures are verified for their validity in real time by Contract Lock, ensuring that each electronic signature is used legally and effectively. In order to realize the operation of electronic signature as soon as possible, Jiuyuan Fire will gradually cancel the paper signature. Please pay attention to the official account platform of Jiuyuan Fire as soon as possible and go to the contract lock electronic signing cloud platform to complete the real name authentication of electronic signature.

Note:

1 The name for personal authentication must match the name of the designated signatory in order to complete the signing. 2. Personal authentication methods: There are multiple methods for personal authentication, as long as one method is used to complete personal real name authentication. Individuals must complete personal real name authentication before they can operate and sign;

3. Message notification: default mobile SMS notification, user followed on WeChat“ Contract Lock Electronic Signing Cloud Platform; If you use a mini program and have enabled message notifications on your own, priority should be given to sending notifications on WeChat (messages can be found on WeChat); Subscription Account” In the“ Notice” (Middle).

Operation process

After receiving the contract lock SMS notification, the signatory clicks on the link in the notification to enter the signing operation.

2. Click the link in the notification to log in (WeChat notification does not need this login step, and directly jumps to the document details page)

① SMS notification, for example, click the received notification link, and automatically jump to the contract lock login interface. Registered customers can log in through the verification code or enter a password. Unregistered customers choose to log in with a verification code and click“ Directly log in to the webpage to sign”

3. Recipient real name authentication: (If real name authentication has already been completed, you can skip this step and go directly to the fourth step to draw a signature for signing)

① After successful login, the page will jump to“ File Details” Click the 'Authentication Now' button at the bottom of the page. If the recipient has not completed real name authentication, they need to complete it first. Click 'Authentication Now', and then click 'Start Authentication';

② Select any authentication method, and complete personal real name authentication according to the prompts on the page (for example, enter the ID number and verification code by default). After successful authentication, you will be prompted [Authentication Succeeded].

4 After the personal authentication is completed, proceed to the document details page, click on 'View and Sign', and then proceed to the document signing page. Click on '; Click to sign” Enter the personal signature design page; You can sign by hand or click“ Picture” Button to upload personal signature; After completing the personal signature, click 'Finish' to complete the recipient's signature settings;

② After completing the signature at the location where it is required, click [Finish Signature],  For first-time signing without setting a signing password, a SMS verification code will be used for signature verification. By entering the obtained SMS verification code, the personal signature of the signatory can be completed; ③ Password setting for signing: After the verification code is signed for the first time, a pop-up box will automatically appear on the page, prompting to set the signing password. The next time you sign, you can directly use this password to sign. Click on 'Set Now' and follow the prompts on the page to complete the personal signature password setting; Clicking on 'Do not set temporarily' will redirect you to the file details and view the outbound order.

If the document query exceeds 3 months, you need to click [All Files] - check the time - confirm to view it.
