New feature | Support transferring files for approval and signature to others for processing
When the operator of the file signature in the online background changes their job position, content, or other business, their corresponding permissions in the contract lock will also change accordingly. Due to the lag in upstream, downstream, external and other business information, there may still be situations where the changed person receives pending documents. How to ensure the normal operation of the signing process while safeguarding information security?
Solution
Contract lock supports forwarding pending processes to others for approval, signing, and signature functions. After transferring to others, subsequent approval, signing, and signature matters will be operated by the transferred person.
Application Scenarios
Scenario 1: The first party signs a contract with the second party, but the first party does not support who should sign it for the second party. Therefore, it is first sent to the agent of the second party, who will forward it to the person who really needs to sign.
Scenario 2: When creating the contract, Zhang San was designated to sign it. Zhang San believes that the sender's designation is incorrect, and this document should not be signed by himself. He wants to forward it to someone else to sign.
Function Settings
1. In the printing process, it is possible to configure whether the signing party allows transfer and the nodes that support transfer
