PART \ 01 The procurement applicant initiates an electronic signature
When the procurement process reaches the contract signing step, the applicant can check the“ on the review page; Use electronic signature;. Note: Once the electronic signature process begins, it cannot be reversed or revoked, and online contract signing and stamping must be completed. When selecting an electronic signature, it is necessary to confirm that the signatory information is correct. After confirmation, submit and the system will automatically send a contract signing reminder email and SMS. Example of SMS: Click on the link in the SMS on your phone and follow the prompts step by step to sign the contract.

PART \ 02 The purchaser completes the online contract signing.
After receiving the signing reminder email or text message, the purchaser clicks on the access link to open the electronic signature system. The first login requires the use of a verification code, and a login password can be set after login. After the authentication is successful, you can jump to the following page. PART \ 05 Supplier Certification and Contract Signing
Suppliers must complete enterprise qualification certification before going through the online contract signing process. After receiving the signing prompt SMS, the company representative of the enterprise recipient copies the hyperlink in the SMS to any browser on the computer and opens it to enter the login page. Click to obtain the SMS verification code and fill it in to enter the signing details interface.
Note: The first login requires a verification code to log in, and a login password can be set after logging in. After entering the signing page, the page will pop up with the message '; Kind Reminder” Please carefully check whether the company name matches the company name on the business license. If the name matches, click 'Verify Now' to enter the authentication interface;
[Immediate Authentication]: The current person submits the enterprise authentication
[Inviting TA Personnel for Authentication]: The current person invites others to conduct the enterprise authentication
Important Notice: The verifier will serve as the initial administrator of the authentication unit and be responsible for maintaining the internal management permissions of the system.
If the enterprise names are inconsistent, you can click on 'Notify Initiator to Modify' to remind the initiator to modify the recipient's enterprise name. After modification, log in for the next authentication step. After confirming that the information is correct, click“ Immediately authenticate” Enter the applicant authentication process. (Open the authentication process by scanning Alipay/WeChat/browser code) Tick [I have read and agreed to the Privacy Protection Agreement], and then click [Apply for Authentication] to enter the authentication page. Fill in the name and ID number and click [Next] to enter the face scanning page. If you are an overseas user, you can click [Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas users, click this authentication] below to authenticate by uploading the certificate. After the authentication is passed, the computer page authentication will automatically jump to the authentication information filling page.

After verification, you can return to the homepage and click on the avatar in the upper right corner to enter the User Center Security Center to set the login password and sign the password.
