Scenario 1: Electronic signing of construction contracts for water supply pipelines
In order to sign construction contracts for pipelines, the contract lock is fully integrated with the household table system and OA office system. Multiple signing scenarios are built based on the size of the contract amount, achieving full digitalization of contract approval, signature by the handler, stamping by the client enterprise, internal stamping, and contract archiving.

① The operator of the water supply center initiates project approval in the household table system, selects the customer type during sub center approval, and clicks on generate contract.
② The data is automatically synchronized to the electronic signature system to generate contract documents and the signing process, and the customer is notified via SMS. ③ The customer checks the SMS and signs the message, logs in to the electronic signature page to authenticate their identity, preview the contract, and complete the signing and stamping process. After the customer signs, the system automatically determines whether to enter OA approval based on whether the contract amount is greater than 50000 yuan. After the customer completes the signing, the contract lock synchronizes the signing information to the OA system through the interface and triggers the generation of an internal signing to-do list. After the center director approves the signature online, the system automatically adds the water supply contract occupation seal and the signing is completed. ④ Signed contract data will be automatically returned to the handheld business hall for archiving, and can be queried and downloaded at any time.
