It is now a hospital under the management of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and is an innovative modern tertiary Grade A hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research. The outpatient department of the hospital faces a huge flow of people every day, and frequently used outpatient medical documents such as "diagnosis certificates" and "sick leave certificates (sick leave notes)" not only have a high demand for patient consultation and processing; The cost of internal production and stamping is also high.
